FAQ

Is the jewelry real?

Yes. We use genuine materials and stones exactly as described in each product’s material details. Gold-plated pieces use real gold plating.

Will the jewelry fade?

Our jewelry is electroplated six times for a lasting finish and is waterproof and sweat-resistant for everyday wear. To help preserve its shine, wipe it dry after contact with water or sweat, avoid harsh chemicals, and store it separately in a dry pouch when not in use.

How do I get my personalization right?

Upload a clear, well-lit photo with the main subject fully visible. Check the image and any engraving text before adding to cart.

Can I change or cancel my custom order?

Contact us within 2 hours of ordering to request a change or cancellation. We will help when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or production begins.
