Thank you for shopping with Miles Jewellery. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns & Exchanges

Non-Custom (Ready-Made) Items

We accept returns and exchanges for non-custom, ready-made items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

Custom or Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.


Eligible Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements will be considered in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Incorrect Item Received

If we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds and returns will not be accepted for:

  • Custom or personalized items (except if defective or incorrect)

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Size or color preferences after purchase

  • Minor measurement differences due to handmade production

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@milesjewellery.com with your order number

  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days

  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided by email

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


Return Shipping

  • For approved returns of non-custom items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), Miles Jewellery will cover the return shipping cost


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided production has not started

  • Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be guaranteed
