We accept returns and exchanges for non-custom, ready-made items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The item is returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number) is provided
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Refunds or replacements will be considered in the following cases:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
If we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds and returns will not be accepted for:
Custom or personalized items (except if defective or incorrect)
Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
Size or color preferences after purchase
Minor measurement differences due to handmade production
Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Our team will review your request within 2 business days
If approved, return instructions will be provided by email
⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
For approved returns of non-custom items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), Miles Jewellery will cover the return shipping cost
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided production has not started
Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be guaranteed
