Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered production. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping times provided on our Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Custom or personalized items are final sale, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item shipped.
