Processing Time

  • Non-Custom (Ready-Made) Items:
    Orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or Personalized Items:
    Most custom-made items require 10–20 business days for production before shipment.
    Certain designs may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 4–15 business days

  • Canada: 2–15 business days

  • International: 5–20 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be resent due to address errors


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control
